The Gap

4W 1M / 90 minutes

Nicole tells her sister Lee she was abducted by aliens. Lee goes on a performance art journey to figure out why. The Gap brings them both closer to articulating the truth about that strange moment in their childhood that neither of them can exactly name.

A dark new comedy about trauma, art, and sisterhood that asks, what's ultimately worse: forgetting, or remembering?

--

[A] brilliant world-premiere drama ... The Gap’s elegant structure offers an amusing look at family dynamics and revelations about an artist’s efforts to explore her own life. It then surprises by segueing into deeper territory with daring and insight.
